Meet the Chef Behind Sweet Magnolia Grille

Hi there! I'm Jeff and I’m the proud owner and chef behind Sweet Magnolia Grille, and this is a huge milestone for me.

With over 30 years of experience cooking and managing operations all over this country, I’ve finally taken the leap and created my own restaurant concept that is centered around the meals that I grew up eating and learning to prepare by someone whom I consider to be one of the greatest home cooks in the world, my mom.

Sweet Magnolia Grille is just the beginning – our virtual restaurant is set to roll out additional concepts in the near future, and maybe, just maybe, we’ll be opening a brick – and – mortar location where we can all meet and eat as family!

Growing up in Florida, I’ve always been surrounded by great food. My Mom was the first chef I ever learned from — and trust me, she’s one hell of a cook! With a Culinary Arts degree and a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, I’ve spent my career perfecting my craft and learning the ins and outs of food and hospitality.

What inspired me to launch Sweet Magnolia Grille? The answer is simple: the food that reminds me of home, the flavors that bring people together. I wanted to create a place where comfort and soul food meet, just like the meals I grew up with. While I enjoy entertaining, there's something special about sharing a good meal with family and friends — that’s the feeling I want you to experience when you order from Sweet Magnolia Grille.

Sweet Magnolia Grille is just the beginning — our cloud kitchen concept is set to roll out additional concepts in the future, and maybe, just maybe, we'll open up a brick-and-mortar location. For now, it's just me in the kitchen, cooking up the meals that I love, and I can’t wait to share them with you!
